Refunds Policy

At Bpower, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not happy with your order, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds, as long as certain conditions are met.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags still attached. We ask that you contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order if you'd like to request a return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. Please note that customized or sale items are non-refundable, and we are unable to accept returns for these products.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return requirements, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 7-10 business days to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an incorrect item being shipped. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or a replacement.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost and ensure that the item is either replaced or refunded, depending on your preference. For exchanges, if you’d prefer a different size or color, simply follow the same return process, and once we receive the returned item, we’ll send the new one to you if available.

For international orders, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We aim to make the return process as easy as possible, but kindly remember that customers must bear the responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applicable for international returns.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Cash on Delivery (COD) in Morocco

At Bpower, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers in Morocco. With COD, you can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery, making the shopping experience even easier and more secure. Simply select COD as your payment method during checkout, and our delivery partner, Ozone Express, will handle the rest.

Once your order is confirmed and processed, Ozone Express will deliver your items to your specified address within 2-5 business days. You will only need to pay the total amount in cash when you receive your order. Please ensure you have the correct amount available to avoid delays in delivery.

Order Process

Exchanges

At Bpower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size, color, or simply wish to exchange an item, we’re happy to assist.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to provide your order number and the details of the item(s) you'd like to exchange. Once we confirm the exchange, you will receive instructions on how to send the original item back.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is in stock, we’ll arrange for the exchange to be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the exchange to you at no additional charge.
